The remains of the former Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi, wll be interred on Wednesday.
This is according to the burial programme released by the family.
Kutigi died in a London hospital on Saturday after a protracted illness.
According to a statement by Mrs Binta Aliyu on behalf of the family, the body of Kutigi would arrive Abuja on Wednesday and would be buried same day.
He will be buried at 2 p.m. at Gudu Cemetery Abuja, after Janazah prayers at the National Mosque Abuja.
The special prayers will take place on Thursday at 10 a.m. at the residence of the late jurist in Asokoro, Abuja.
The prayers will also take place simultaneously at the Etsu Nupe’s Palace in Bida and in Kutigi, Niger State.
