Students and teachers of Oriire schools in Oyo State kidnapped on May 15 by bandits have been rescued.
The cheering news was announced on Friday by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Mr. Bayo Onanuga.
In a post on his Facebook wall, Onanuga, said the rescue was by security agencies.
His words: “Finally, all the kidnapped pupils and teachers in Oriire, Oyo, have been rescued by our security agencies.”
Pictures of the released kidnap victims were splashed.
