The second edition of the Nigeria Golf Federation Summit for stakeholders and golfers has been slated to take place between August 28 and 27 in Abuja.
Oba Sahees Ademola Elegushi is the royal father of the event which is expected to attract top personalities and stakeholders of golf across Nigeria and beyond.
The President of the Nigeria Golf Federation, Otunba Segun Runsewe, said the forthcoming event would be a highly glamorous one based on the confirmation received from many of the dignitaries expected to grace the occasion.
“It is going to be very massive, we expect captains of industries, golf administrators, stakeholders and golf enthusiasts to join us for this landmark gathering which will feature insightful discussions, developments, investments and future of golf in Nigeria,” Runsewe said.
Chairman of Trobel Nigeria limited, Mr. Lawal Garba, is the Chairman of the summit, Oba Sahees Elegushi is father of the day, while Olagunsoye Oyinlola, former governor of Osun State, and Sen. Simon Bako Lalong, are the special guests of honour at the event to be hosted by the president of Nigeria Golf Federation, Otunba Runsewe.

“This is an opportunity to network and shape the future of golf in Nigeria. The summit will for Stakeholders and Golfers further boost excellence, partnership and a brighter future for Nigerian golf.
“On our part as a federation, we are ready for this big event because it will change the face of golf in Nigeria,” Otunba Runsewe added.
A number of corporate organisations are on the cards for this project just at the golf federation is anticipating more partnership to further make the event bigger and better.
