Mr Torty Kalu, the Head of Protocol and Public Affairs of PSC, said this in a statement on Wednesday in Abuja.
Kalu said that the senior officers were promoted following their success in the recently concluded written examination and oral interview conducted by the PSC.

He quoted the chairman of the PSC, Mr Hashimu Argungu, as congratulating those promoted and admonished them to be truthful, transparent and accountable in their new responsibilities.
Argungu also enjoined the officers to be professional in their conduct and be cautious of civil matters, especially land-related matters.
“Be mindful of the fact that there is life after retirement.
“Guide your reputation and integrity. Let your actions speak for you and not against you,” Argungu said.
